Two people, one registry.

Neo Bharat is built and run by two people who split the work the way most good products split it — the product and the platform it stands on. Here's who's behind every entry in the registry, and what each of them actually does.

Product EdTech Founder Story

Asad started with a summer electronics project in Class 6 in Bihar and has been building ever since — robotics championships, an IIT Bombay Techfest wildcard to campus finals, and an SOF IMO gold medal, while shipping products across three registers before finishing school. He leads product and direction: what gets built, who it's for, and the price it ships at. His rule is simple — if you face a problem, solve it yourself, not only for you but for the country and the generation that follows. He also runs Learn With Asad, teaching coding from ₹49.

Mohammad Yawar

Founder (Infra) · Board Member, System Design · Mentor · yawar.online
DevOps Linux & Systems Infrastructure Mentor

Yawar is Founder on the infrastructure side of Neo Bharat, Board Member for System Design, and a mentor across the register. He is an Associate DevOps Engineer, Linux systems programmer, and open-source advocate — the architecture and infrastructure every product runs on. Deep in Linux internals, C and systems programming, containers and CI/CD, with an active mentorship roster. He has co-founded CuToken and SOF Olympiad, and serves as team member or mentor on the other platforms — architecture, deployment, and full-stack integration so what ships stays up for the people it was built for.

How the work actually runs

What Asad does

Product, direction, and the first version of every idea. He decides what gets built, who it’s for, and the price it ships at. He also teaches coding through Learn With Asad and keeps shipping new platforms whenever a problem shows up that nobody else is fixing affordably.

What Yawar does

Infrastructure, system design, and reliability — as Founder on the infra side, Board Member for System Design, and mentor across products. He owns architecture, deployments, and the systems layer so every register holds under real load. Co-founder on CuToken and SOF Olympiad; team member or mentor on the rest.

Why they do it

Both of them faced the same pattern: a real problem, no good solution at a price or quality that worked for people like them. Instead of waiting for someone else, they build the fix — for themselves first, then for the country, the next generation, and anyone else who hits the same wall.

How they live it

Ship first. File it in the registry. Measure who it reached. Keep the products free or cheap enough that money is never the reason someone is left out. Mentorship, open work, and continuous building are part of the same rule: solve the problem in front of you.

Every product in the registry passes through both founders before it’s filed — Asad on what gets built and who it’s for, Yawar on infrastructure, system design, and whether it holds up under real traffic. Neither half works without the other.
